It’s not the first time that a reallife hoverboard is announced. This one  seems to be real and has been named Slide by Lexus the automotive company which designed it. Apparently, it’s not a joke, the company has been working on it since two years with her teams in London and in Germany. The video below shows the prototype shot in a skatepark in Barcelona whom surface was covered with metal. The skateboard would be equipped with superconductors cooled by liquid nitrogen, coupled to magnets in order to levitate. To be continued…
