For one of their latest pair of singles, The Avalanches enlisted Denzel Curry, Tricky, and Sampa The Great to do the “Take Care In Your Dreaming.” The other single released alongside the first one is titled “Music Makes Me High.” Both tracks will appear on their forthcoming studio LP titled We Will Always Love You, their most song-oriented album to date.

“Take Care In Your Dreaming” focuses on unrealized dreams and the navigation through life’s unexpected journeys, reminding listeners to be “careful what you wish for.” Meanwhile, “Music Makes Me High” is reminiscent of The Whispers and the filter-house echoes of the late ’70s, elevated by a gospel choir that can be heard subtly singing over the sample.
