We may not see any new Black Mirror content given how the coronavirus pandemic is unfolding, as per Charlie Brooker, but the show’s creator has been working on a mockumentary based around the events of 2020, starring Hugh Grant.

The actor, who spoke to Vulture, said that, in the mockumentary, he plays a historian being interviewed. “I’m doing a thing tomorrow, actually. Charlie Brooker has written a mockumentary about 2020,” he said. “It’s for Netflix, and I am a historian who’s being interviewed about the year. I’m pretty repellent, actually! And you’ll like my wig.”
