Contemporary art magazine and art fair organizer Frieze has decided to rent out a long-term gallery space in Mayfair, London, contrary to other in-person art fairs that remain largely affected by the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

The new Mayfair location is based on Cork Street, where the company had previously hosted Frieze Live back in October. It’ll span across two properties — 9a and 9b — measuring 2,135 square feet and 4,324 square feet, and will be used “to create a space for ambitious exhibition projects,” according to a statement to ArtNet.

We expect more information from Frieze regarding the space in the coming months.
