What are Frank Ocean and Luca Guadagnino cooking for us?

In a recent interview with The New York Times journalist Kyle Buchanan, the Call Me By Your Name director, they talked about an upcoming HBO series We Are Who We Are, a coming-of-age story following two American kids who reside in a military base near Venice, Italy in 2016, starring Kid Cudi. Guadagnino also mentioned that he recently teamed up with Ocean for some new music. “We were collaborating on a music video that never happened. I use the Times to launch an appeal to Frank: Frank, let’s do that video. Come on.” The title or other specifics about the collaboration, however, weren’t mentioned.

I spoke to Luca Guadagnino about his upcoming HBO show and he told me he’d recently worked with Frank Ocean on a secret project. “We were collaborating on a music video that never happened. I use the Times to launch an appeal to Frank: Frank, let’s do that video. Come on.”
