By participating in the Instagram contest, you declare that you accept these rules.
1. Organization – The company organizing this campaign is Somewhere Media LTD 71-75 Shelton Street, London, Greater London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ

2. Dates – Somewhere is organizing a free give-away with no obligation to purchase, hereinafter referred to as “Win a one-week trip to Cuba with Somewhere and Eminente” from 05/11/2022 to 05/29/2022 at 11:59 p.m. London time (hereinafter the “Give-Away”).
The selection of the winner will take place on the 30th May 2022. The winner will be announced on May 30th, 2022 on the Instagram account of Somewhere.Global
3. Participants – This free give-away with no obligation to purchase is exclusively open to people of legal drinking/purchasing age in their country of residence, and residing in Italy, United Kingdom and Germany. Persons who do not meet the conditions set out in the give-away are excluded from the Give-Away. These rules apply as well as Somewhere staff members, and any person having directly or indirectly participated in the design, production or management of the Give-Way as well as their spouse, the members of their families: ascendants and direct descendants or other relatives living or not under their roof.
Somewhere reserves the right to carry out any useful checks to ensure compliance with this rule. Somewhere reserves the right to ask any participant to justify the conditions above exposed. Anyone who does not meet these conditions or refuses to justifying them will be excluded from the give-away and will not be able, in the event of a win, to benefit from his prize. Participation in the Give-away implies full acceptance of these rules, as well as the applicable United Kingdom laws and regulations.
4. Terms of entry – Entrants must

– Tag a friend in the comments (the friend should be of legal age too)
– Share the Post of the give-away in their stories (and tag @eminenterum)
So that his participation is taken into account, the Instagram account of the participant must be public during the duration of the Game. Any participation which made contrary to the provisions of these rules will result in disqualification and the impossibility of win any prize awarded. Any participant suspected of fraud may be excluded from the Giveaway by Somewhere without Somewhere having to justify it. More generally, any attempt to disrupt the normal process of the conduct of the Give-away will result in the disqualification of the participant. Any identification or participation incomplete, erroneous or illegible, voluntarily or not, or carried out under another form than that provided for in these rules will be considered null and void.
5. Designation of Winner –
The winner will be picked randomly via a dedicated App.
6. Winner Announcement –
The winner will be contacted via DM and E-mail to which they must respond within 7 days of receipt of the message in order to accept its gain in writing and provide personal data. Somewhere is not responsible for any providing incomplete data or in the event of deletion or loss of email or messages, or in the event of a problem accessing social networks.
7. Prize –
The winner will be get as a prize a trip for two persons to Cuba, (Hotel + Flight) The prize is only valid once, on a single reservation, cannot be combined with other current promotions and non-refundable. The price is accepted as it is announcement. It cannot be exchanged for their cash value or for any property or any service, neither taken back nor be the subject of consideration or financial equivalent. The resale or transfer of the lots, by any means whatsoever either, are strictly prohibited.
Somewhere will take care of offering to the winner several travelling options, the winner will have to comply to those.
Somewhere will take care of the booking and the reservation of the hotel and the flights. It is specified that Somewhere will not provide any service or guarantee, the gain consisting solely of the delivery of the prize provided for above. Consequently, and unless expressly provided for, all additional expenses will stay at responsibility of the winner and/or his companion. No refund will be due to this title. The participant is informed that certain destinations require compliance with formalities or legal obligations (travel documents, visas, medical formalities or sanitary facilities, etc.) that may apply to him and/or his accompanying person. He will have the responsibility to be informed and to respect these obligations, for him and concerning his companion.
In any case, the participant is solely responsible for his gain and his use, as well as the benefit of his gain by his companion.
9 – Liability – Participation in the give-away implies knowledge and acceptance of characteristics and limits of the Internet network, in particular with regard to the technical performance, response times for consulting, querying or transfer of information, the risks of interruption, the risks related to the connection, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation and the risks of contamination by any viruses circulating on the network.
Somewhere does not may be held responsible, in particular, for malfunctions that may affect the Internet network, for any configuration problem or related to a given browser.
As such, participants undertake to comply with the laws in force.
Somewhere does not guarantee that Instagram will be accessible without interruption, that the site works and does not contain computer errors or defects. Somewhere cannot be held liable on this basis. Somewhere cannot be held responsible for any malfunctions give-away techniques, if participants are unable to log in to Instagram or to play, if the registration data does not reach for any reason whatsoever not attributable to Somewhere, would arrive to it illegible or impossible to process or in the event of problems with the delivery of e-mail. Participants cannot claim any compensation in this respect.
Participation in the give-away is the sole responsibility of the participants. Somewhere cannot be held responsible for any damage, material or immaterial caused in particular to the participants, to the IT equipment and to the data stored therein or any direct or indirect consequences that may arise, in particular from their personal, professional or commercial activity. Somewhere cannot incur any liability if, in the event of force majeure, it was required to cancel this give-away, to shorten it, extend it, postpone it or modify the conditions.
In all cases, it reserves the right to extend the participation period. These changes will however be the subject of information beforehand by all appropriate means.
Somewhere cannot be held responsible and no recourse can be brought against it in the event of the occurrence of events presenting the characteristics of force majeure (strikes, bad weather, etc.), fortuitous events or actions by a third party, in particular depriving partially or totally the participants of the possibility of participating in the giveaway and/or winners benefit from their winnings.
Somewhere and its service providers and partners cannot under any circumstances be held to responsible for any incidents that may occur in the use of winnings by beneficiary participants or their accompanying persons when the winners in will have taken possession. Somewhere cannot therefore be held responsible for any damage occurring during the trip or booking. In any event, if any responsibility should be incurred by Somewhere, the latter could not exceed the lot value.
Similarly Somewhere, as well as its service providers and partners, cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of the prizes by the beneficiaries when the winners will have taken possession of it. Any additional costs necessary to take care of possession of the prizes is the sole responsibility of the winners without them may request any compensation from Somewhere, nor from the companies service providers or partners.
Somewhere cannot be held responsible for any incapacity which would prevent the winners from benefiting from the prize or travel, especially abroad, including irregularities in their documents or travel formalities.
In general, Somewhere cannot be responsible for the actions or behavior of participants, winners or their companions.
10. Participant personal data –
Information collected to participate in the give-away are exclusively intended for Somewhere. Any participant in the give-away has by elsewhere a right to access, rectify and delete data on concerning on simple written request by mail to Somewhere whose address is mentioned in article 1. The winner authorizes Somewhere to use for advertising or public relations purposes his contact details (surname, first name), on any medium whatsoever, without thisconfers any compensation, right or advantage, other than the allocation of his lot.
11. Dispute and complaint – Somewhere reserves the right to settle without appeal any difficulty that may arise in the interpretation or application of this regulations, it being understood that no dispute will be admitted, in particular on the terms of the give-away, on the results, on the winnings or their receipt, one month after the end of the give-away. Any complaints must be made within one month of the end date of the give-away with Somewhere.
After this date, no complaints will be accepted. Except in case Of manifest errors, it is agreed that the information resulting from the give-way systems of Somewhere have probative force in any dispute as to the connection elements and the computer processing of said information relating to the give-away.
By express agreement between the participant and Somewhere, only the systems and Somewhere computers files shall prevail. It is therefore agreed that, unless there is an manifest error, Somewhere may rely, in particular for the purposes of proof of any act, fact or omission, of the programs, data, files, records, operations and other elements (such as follow-up reports or other statements) of the nature or under computer or electronic format or medium, drawn up, received or stored directly or indirectly by Somewhere.
12. Applicable law – These rules are subject to United Kingdom law. In case of
persistent disagreement on the application of these rules, the dispute will be
subject to the sovereign appreciation of the competent United Kingdom courts
